Simon Ert aka Erty.  Simon has performed extensively as a Drummer with the likes of James Morrison, Pia Anderson, The Black and White Big Band, The Cocktail Cabinet, Eddy 7, Simon The Senator Bartlett, Nigel Date, Andrew Firth, Bobby Gebert, Col Nolan, Roger Frampton, Blaine Whittaker, Dom Halpin and the Suspects, Woody and the Senator, RODRIC White,The Harbor City Jazz Band, Don Burrows, Little Pattie, Wes Pudsey and the Sonic Aces, Sara O’Connor, The Narabeen Swingers Club, Bob Barnard,Slide McBride,The Velvet Set,Galapagos Duck, Ed Wilson & Members of the Danish Radio Orchestra and many others.

He also runs his own band Called E.R.T Emergency Response Trio. Simon has toured Europe and the USA playing at the Montreux, Brosella, Brienz, Antibes, Perugia, Hollywood, Atina and many other International Music festivals.

In March 2002, 2003 and 2005 Simon was the winner of the Swing City Australian Drum Battle.
